WSK Labs ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SupStack mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

SupStack collects the following types of data:

1. Health & Fitness Data

The App collects information about your supplement intake and water consumption that you manually enter. This includes:

  • Supplement names, dosages, and timing
  • Daily completion status (whether supplements were taken)
  • Water intake amounts and goals
  • Streak and progress data

Purpose: This data is used to provide the App's core functionality of tracking your supplement and water intake habits.

Storage: All health data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to external servers.

2. Performance Data

We collect performance data such as crash logs, app launch time, and other diagnostic information to help us improve the App's stability and performance.

Purpose: This data helps us identify and fix bugs, improve app performance, and enhance user experience.

Data Not Linked to You

Important: None of the data collected by SupStack is linked to your identity. We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information.

  • We do not track your personal information
  • We do not create user profiles
  • We do not share your data with third parties
  • We do not upload your health data to our servers
  • All supplement and water tracking data remains on your device

How We Use Your Information

The data we collect is used exclusively for:

  • Providing and maintaining the App's functionality
  • Tracking your supplement and water intake locally on your device
  • Sending you reminder notifications (if enabled)
  • Improving app performance and user experience
  • Diagnosing and fixing technical issues

Data Storage and Security

All supplement and water tracking data is stored locally on your iOS device using SwiftData (Apple's local database framework). We do not upload, transmit, or store your health information on external servers.

Performance data is collected anonymously through standard iOS diagnostics and cannot be traced back to individual users.

Subscription Information

SupStack offers optional paid subscriptions (SupStack Pro) managed through Apple's App Store:

  • Subscription purchases are processed by Apple
  • We do not collect or store your payment information
  • Apple handles all billing and transaction data
  • We receive only anonymous subscription status from Apple's servers

Third-Party Services

SupStack integrates with the following third-party services:

RevenueCat

Used for subscription management. RevenueCat processes subscription status to determine feature access. No personally identifiable information is shared. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

SupStack does not integrate with any advertising, analytics, or social media tracking services.

Notifications

If you enable reminder notifications:

  • Notifications are generated locally on your device
  • We do not send push notifications from external servers
  • Notification content (supplement names, times) stays on your device
  • You can disable notifications anytime in iOS Settings or within the App

Data Retention

  • Supplement and water tracking data is stored on your device until you delete it
  • Deleting the App removes all locally stored data
  • We do not maintain backups of your data on external servers

Your Rights and Choices

Since all your health data is stored locally on your device:

  • Access: Your data is always accessible within the App
  • Modify: Edit your supplements, water intake, and settings anytime
  • Delete: Remove supplements, clear history, or uninstall the App to delete all data

Children's Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The App is designed for general audiences and does not target children specifically. If you believe a child has provided data through our App, please contact us.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted in the App. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it. As stated above, SupStack does not collect personally identifiable information. All health data remains on your device.
